Is watching HGTV and being a real estate agent eating, sleeping and breathing real estate? Well it is if you can add your listings to their website! HGTV is such a nationally know phenomenon, causing people to look at their homes in a different way. Where else can you learn about main water shut off valves BEFORE busting out that old blue toilet for your remodel? While some home trends I see on there are a little bizarre for my taste, they sure do preach about stainless steel in the kitchen. It's like walking into Tiffany's and not knowing where to go first. Ok, maybe not but it certainly makes a buyer feel like they are getting their money's worth when they see a seller has coughed up some change for the upgrade.
